Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Newpowers. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy carefully.
If you should need to return a product please do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs back to us. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will need to send it back to us at your own expense. You will receive instructions on how and where to send it once your claim is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In addition, please kindly advise us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order from our distribution centre. If we do not receive notice in writing within this timeframe, the delivered goods will be deemed to be correct.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
